Dear Property Seeker,
We've got a new real estate search app for your iPad! Those who have used it, loved it - it really simplifies the search process. Some things I LOVED about the app that you might find useful are:

bullet The ability to draw your search area with your finger: Draw a shape in an area you want a home in, and available properties pop right in!
bullet Photos look AMAZING on it - you can really immerse yourself and get a good feel for the home(s) without a time consuming visit! It can really help you narrow your search and save you time so you can visit homes that really meet your needs!
bullet Scout areas and get homes displayed by price as you move - the “scout” feature ties into the iPad’s GPS chip so that available listings move around as you do!
bullet Save homes and searches and email properties direct to me! When you find something you like, send me the entire property info right from the app, along with your comments - and I’ll be able to  do the research, gather the facts and data, and get back to you with an answer.
For your convenience, I've also included instructions below. That way you can download the real estate app immediately, and set it up to connect me as your resource! I'd love you to answer all your questions in home buying, as first time home buyer, or investor buyer!
